Thanks for following My journey.
I have read some of your posts and the stats that they include, Thank you soo much, I really liked your 20 mile run data and all the rest of your post.
I am still getting use to this great site and all the knowledge that it holds. Thank you for your research,it’s great stuff !!

Thanks for your posts! I am a new runner, but am running my first half marathon, I have been feeling a little down about only running 6-8 miles a day;) So i feel a little better now! How long so you think I need to run on Sat and Sun? My half is only 3 weeks out!
