Ok — it is a little chilly today and Nikki jumped on her bike and commuted to work with no thought about it.  I’m sitting here figuring out an excuse to not ride my bike….

…. it’s hard not to be motivated by her discipline.  Better hit the road and account for traffic (and hopefully a 2 min rinse).
